How long does onboarding take?
We configure your daycare and train educators within 1–3 business days.

What training do educators need?
A 30-minute video session. Written guides are provided in French and English. The app is designed to be usable by anyone familiar with a phone.

How do I export my data if I leave MonGardy?
At any time you can export all your data (reports, photos, messages) as JSON plus a ZIP archive. The procedure is detailed in the data processing agreement.

Is support available in French?
Yes. Support in French and English, business days, Eastern Time. Response within one business day for general questions.

How does pricing work?
One complete plan at $999/year per daycare. New daycares get their entire first year free, then $999/year. No commitment to continue. See the Pricing page.

What is your Law 25 posture?

Where is my data hosted?
Application data is hosted in Canada (target region; final regions are confirmed on the Privacy page). The Privacy page explains our approach to data residency and service providers.

Do you use AI, and is my data used to train it?
No. We do not use artificial intelligence to process personal information at this time. Daily reports, messages, and progress reports are written by your team. If we add AI-assisted features, we will disclose them and never use a service that trains its models on your data.

How do parents and educators get access?
Access is invite-only. Directors create the accounts; there is no public signup. Each parent sees only the children linked to them.

What happens when an educator leaves?
Their access is revoked immediately from the admin tool. Past reports remain associated with their name; new reports are written by their replacement.
