Application data is hosted in Canada, in the Montreal region (Google Cloud). The Law 25 page details data residency and the few framed transfers, such as AI synthesis of progress reports.

AI is used only to draft a progress report from selected observations; every report is human-reviewed before it is shared. We use a paid service that does not train its models on your data, and we minimize what is sent. Daily reports and messages are never AI-generated.

Access is invite-only. Directors create the accounts; there is no public signup. Each parent sees only the children linked to them.

Their access is revoked immediately from the admin tool. Past reports remain associated with their name; new reports are written by their replacement.
