Official inspection & quality results

The Ministère de la Famille publishes results two ways: official reference pages you can open without signing in (explanations, penalty register), and each service’s own reports on the interactive map — which requires a Québec.ca account.

These links explain inspections and quality, and link to the public penalty register. They do not replace the full per-service file on the map.

Step by step — without the map

1. Open the official inspection-results page to understand what compliance inspections cover (health, safety, ratios, premises) and how the Ministère publishes them.
2. On the Québec.ca Conformity & inspections page, scroll to “Registre des pénalités administratives”, download the latest quarterly PDF, and search (Ctrl+F) for this service’s name or address.
3. Read the Québec.ca Educational quality page to understand evaluation criteria. Per-service scores and reports are not listed there — they are on the interactive map (sign-in required; see below).

This service’s inspection and educational-quality reports are on the Ministère’s interactive map. It cannot be deep-linked to a specific service — copy the address or name below. Note: you must sign in with a Québec account (ClicSécur) to access the map and service files.

Step by step — using the interactive map

1. Click “Open the official interactive map” below — a new window opens on the childcare services portal.
2. Sign in with a Québec account (ClicSécur / citizen access). If you do not have one, create one at Québec.ca, then return to the map.
3. Once signed in, find the search tabs at the top of the map.
4. “Adresse” tab: paste the address above and pick the service from the dropdown. Or “Mots clés” tab: type the service name.
5. Click the service marker on the map (or its name in the results list).
6. Choose “Détails et admission” in the service panel.
7. Open “Informations complémentaires”.
8. Review the “Inspections” section (legislative and regulatory compliance) and “Qualité éducative” (PEQE evaluation) for this service’s reports.
